Spectacular house in the beach area of Castelldefels. It is arranged around the central garden, oriented to the best views and taking advantage of the direction of the sun. A very sincere house in terms of choice of materials, distribution and operation. Concrete structure with panoramic windows, transparency, openness and frankness in the use of materials and structures were the first ideas for the design of this house.
Already at the first contact with the area and its pine forests, we included wood as a project material. The wooden lattice shutters give the interior a sense of privacy and protect from unwanted views. They allow you to "see and not be seen". The louvered shutters protect from the sun and create a play of light and shadow, similar to the branches of the pine trees typical of the area.
