A beach house for the whole family.

The brief was to exhaust the maximum buildability of the plot, so the house stands vertically without recesses, with hardly any overhangs, balconies or verandas.

To give the building a more human scale, the project is divided into several blocks arranged on a horizontal and lighter base and transparency is given to the access area.

The basement, which contains the basement, forms a generous terrace, as an extension of the first floor rooms.

Wood and vitrified brick, bush-hammered concrete panels and glass combined with solar protection systems are used.

This house is a technically complex artifact with various types of facades, air renewal systems, water use, air-water heating system, etc. that has been able to integrate into the environment and respond to customer demands.
